Vaccination Program Facilitator/Concierge

We are seeking casual employees to join our team during our annual Flu Vaccination Program. The Program runs for approximately 12 weeks from the 4th April until the end of June. 

The role of the Facilitator is to assist the nurse during our Flu Vaccination Sessions. The facilitator screens the participants and checks them in before they see the nurse for their vaccination.

Facilitators must have a current drivers licence and a reliable car and are expected to drive the nurses around to each job.

In addition to the hourly rate, facilitators are paid for every km they travel to and from our despatch centre in Oakleigh and for any travel between jobs.

- Flexible days available between Monday and Friday 

- You can work 1-5 days per week

- No experience necessary (you will be trained by us)

- Applicants must be professional, well presented, well spoken and friendly

- A uniform and badge is provided

- Police checks and Fingerprinting may be required (this will be organised by us) if you are sent to a Police site or Correctional Facility.
