Job Description
The Role
The Valet Team Member is an integral role to the guest experience as you will be our clients' customers first point of contact. The Concierge/Valet must meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with queries and special requests.
The role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond. The ideal candidate will also be required to have familiarity with admin work and liaising with the centre management.
We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and an ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our client's and their customers.
This role is based at our prestigious Macquarie Centre site and the roster is as follows:
Tuesday - Friday 1000-1800
Saturday - 0930-1800
This position is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award 2020.

- Full NSW Drivers Licence is essential as Valet parking is a part of the role
- Prior customer facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to work on your feet for lengthy periods
