Your New Role
In the role of Property Valuations Specialist you will conduct detailed research across a wide variety of office, industrial, retail and residential properties, projects and markets. You will lead the independent valuation process including liaising with the independent valuers, provision of information, facilitation of meetings, delivery and review of reports and timely instruction of valuation updates.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- Extensive experience as an SME gathered in a valuation firm, large accounting firm or an institutional/corporate investing organisation
- You will have lead review of complex financial models, distil information and draw conclusions
- Be comfortable to present complex valuation reports to the senior execs and board members and adapt presentation style based on the target audience
- Be able to apply judgement to evaluate the independent valuation reports against the prevailing macro-economic conditions and perform stress test of the assumptions
- Have a strong ability to handle objections from stakeholders with diverse views and be able to explain the differing view with persuasion.
- Strong process and governance skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
