The Role:
- Co-Manage Agent's Diary
- Manage listing to settlement and post-settlement process
- Data Entry, managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clientele
- Prepare for listing presentations & market analysis research
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
- Consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale
- Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries and auction packs
- Social Media Management
- Attending private inspections and Saturday inspections
- This is an Agent that will support your growth & generously incentivise you!
The Candidate:
- You will be ambitious, energetic & strive for excellence
- Must have similar experience in a Sales Admin role within Real Estate
- High attention to detail & great time management skills
- Must hold a Certificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence
- Required to have a current driver's Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
