Job on Offer:
Steel Fixers
Responsibilities:
- Install and tie steel bars and mesh for concrete structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Pipelayers
Responsibilities:
- Lay pipes for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
- Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing.
- Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
Requirements:
- Experience in pipelaying or a similar role.
- Familiarity with various pipe materials and installation techniques.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Formworkers
Responsibilities:
- Construct formwork for concrete pours.
- Read and interpret building plans and drawings.
- Ensure formwork is set up correctly and safely.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Formworker in construction.
- Knowledge of different formwork systems.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
The successful applicant must have
- Manual Drivers licence, Class C
- 3+ years experience within desired role.
- Trade Qualifications/ Licences
- Experience in similar work, preferably in the civil industry
