About the Role:
As an MSP, Grassroots IT’s small size belies it’s quiet sophistication and maturity. It is on a growth path. So, we’re on the hunt for Junior, Intermediate and SeniorSharePoint & Power Platform Professionals.
You will join a “Solutions Team” to understand client business requirements and desired business outcomes…….then to design, develop, configure and manage applications to make a real difference to their businesses and customers.
We’re looking for professionals with a GENUINE PASSION for and experience across Microsoft 365 applications including; SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents and Azure (Logic Apps).
Your positive approach combined with enthusiasm for expanding your career in delivering human-centric technology solutions will be supported.
Your Skills and Attributes:
- A passion for Microsoft Stack business solutions
- Demonstrated capability across:
- SharePoint Online including Content Services
- Power Apps – Model driven, Canvas and Portal
- Power Automate, Power BI, Power virtual agents
- Javascript, Python, Azure AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Power Automate and Powershell
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies well regarded
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
To be eligible for a Senior Engineer/ Consultant role you will need:
- Ability to provide technical advice during pre-sales discussions and developing concept prototypes
- Proven technical expertise in developing out the designs and building the solutions
- Provide mentoring to junior staff members
