- Event management, the initial triage and solve incidents as well as the implementation of service requests and approved changes.
- Communicating with customers to resolve queries and/or raise the queries to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Demonstrate strong customer relationships by showing ownership and accountability.
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of open requests.
- Recording and providing clear documentation to improve first call resolutions.
- Work closely with your team by sharing knowledge and insights to provide high level of customer service.
- A proven experience in a Service Desk environment or similar role.
- Able to demonstrate exposure to an ITIL environment (ITIL certifications desirable).
- Logical thinking with strong problem solving and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- A demonstrated ability to express IT proficiency and skill.
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to confidently deal with all stakeholders levels.
- Take ownership of problems and follow through to resolution.
- The ability and willingness to learn and understand new technology.
- Confidently work with other team members and resources as required.
