Job Description
About the Role:
Are you a passionate Secondary Economics educator who lives and breathes economics? Tradewind is excited to announce a partnership with a P-12 independent school, presenting a fantastic opportunity to teach Economics to students from years 11 + 12. This full-time, ongoing role offers flexibility with a start date this term, allowing you to hit the ground running.
Key duties:

• Designing and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate Economics lessons that align with the Victorian Curriculum.
• Providing clear instruction and demonstration of your teachings of economics
• Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment by implementing appropriate safety procedures and risk management strategies in the classroom.

Skills & Experience:

• Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Must have a valid and up-to-date VIT registration
• Previous experience in teaching Secondary Economics
• Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student-teacher mentors are acceptable).
