Requirements:
- Ability to follow recipes, measure and assemble ingredients.
- Someone who has an understanding, or willing to learn what is involved in vegan ingredients, substitutions, and alternative bases for creating dairy-free Ice Cream.
- It would be an advantage to have knowledge of various Ice Cream production methods and having input in improving the automation production process.
- Strong commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards in the manufacturing and packaging environment.
- A Creative mindset, and also able to make sure products are produced within budget requirements and wastage is kept to a minimum.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistent quality and taste in all batches of Vegan Ice Cream.
- Collaboration skills to excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working alongside a team to meet production targets.
- Organizational abilities to control inventory of vegan ingredients, placing orders, and maintaining a well-organized kitchen.
- Someone who is going to take a hands-on approach and get involved in every aspect of day-to-day production.
- A person who can step up to assist the Head Chef in all areas. with efficient communication skills to liaise with our dedicated team.
