Allin Towbars is a family owned and operated business. We have been successfully designing, engineering, manufacturing and installing towbars for over 70 years. In addition to towbar installs, we are an ARB stockist/installer and a one-stop shop for anything towing, 4WD and accessory related. We encourage an inclusive, vibrant and fun culture where everyone has an opportunity to provide input and ideas for ways to make our work environment better! AND we like to eat good food, so there's lots of lunch's and morning teas!
Qualifications & experience
- Experience as an Accessory Installer is essential
- Training or experience in leadership or people management
- Strong WH&S focus and ability to act in accordance with policies
- Keen, motivated and hard working with a solid work ethic
- Team player and willingness to learn
- Customer service focus
- Conscious of workplace cleanliness and tool care
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supervision of and providing support for existing installation team members.
- Varied accessory and auto electrical installs including:- Towbars, Bull-bars, Canopies, Electric Brakes, Dual Battery systems etc
- Assisting with daily operational tasks
- Assisting the Installation Manger with regular duties
