Vehicle Consultant - Contact Centre

Randstad are looking for some Motivated and target driven candidates to join a stand out client, working in a Contact Centre. This client provides a number of services including salary packaging and novated leasing. In this role, you will be working on novated leasing and will be responsible for liaising with an existing customer base to qualify and nurture lead opportunities from start to close. You will be fully trained and developed in this role.

In this role you will:

• Make outbound calls to a warm customer base
• Nurturing leads and opportunities to convert to finance, sourcing and/or disposal of a vehicle, including providing lease quotations, assisting with credit applications, vehicle sourcing or liaising with external dealers
• Self manage your workload and pipeline clientele
• Identify and cross sell potential opportunities
• Ensure all customer experiences are upheld at the highest level
• Navigate effectively through a CRM system

About you:

• Motivated and target driven in a sales environment, with rapport building, selling and influencing skills.
• High quality verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and effective time management skills
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment
• Previous experience in a sales environment preferred

This is a full time permanent position, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Hybrid option is on offer (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
