About the position
The Vendor Management & Performance Specialist is responsible for the facilitation, maintenance and performance monitoring of relationships between the NSW Parliament Digital Transformation Branch and its vendors, suppliers and partners.
To be successful in the role you will have experience in vendor relationship, performance or contract management. You will also have demonstrated experience working in an ITIL work environment.
About you
You are an effective communicator with the ability to develop and maintain strong and successful working relationships. You have strong influencing and negotiation skills and are adept at negotiating vendor contracts. You should be able to multitask effectively as well as demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You are passionate about contributing to democracy and enabling the Parliament to operate to benefit all the people of NSW.
