The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

To assist and coordinate Vendor Qualification, Vendor Relationship Management, Vendor Performance Management, Vendor Development Plans and Vendor Engagement plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (majoring in Economics/Finance/Accounting) - preferred
- White Card
- Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
- Demonstrated experience in developing effective Vendor and Procurement strategies, commercial negotiations and managing them across the lifecycle of a project.
- Sound knowledge of construction materials and strong experience within the heavy construction industry
- Excellent usage of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving attitude, by being proactive and flexible
- Knowledge of the main Vendor Management methodologies and techniques (selection, development and supply base management);
- Good knowledge of MS Project/Primavera, SAP, Procurement Platform, Info providers + search engines;
- Fluent in English
- Managing the supplier qualification process, while coordinating with the Procurement Manager, to verify the vendor list coverage for each product class;
- Defining, coordinating with the relevant Departments, the parameters and performance indicators (KPI) of service, commercial, QHSE, financial and qualitative levels of suppliers/contractors, proceeding with the collection of the related data, to determine the overall rating and ensure that the vendor list is managed and updated;
- Analysing vendor rating reports and, in the event of deviations, preparing corrective plans and actions - coordinating with the Vendors` Manager - to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations and maintenance of service levels;
- Supporting supplier/contractor relations management activities;
- To liaise with ICN Gateway`s designated people to promote business opportunities;
