Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within busy premium dining venues and have proven ability to work with large teams providing excellent customer experiences.
About the role:
- Take the helm of this brand new venue set to open in Jan 2024.
- Lead the team from the front, providing on point training and development on an ongoing basis.
- Manage a busy operation with exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
About you:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, cost control, and revenue optimisation. Be able to make data-driven decisions to improve the restaurant's performance.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
- At least 5 years experience in premium dining venues in a similar position.
- The perfect candidate should have experience in leading and motivating teams, as well as the ability to train and develop staff to meet high standards.
