Venue Manager

Brand new World Class venue opening in January is currently recuiting for an exceptional and experienced Venue Manager to take the helm and lead from the front.

The venue which has been in the making for over 5 years will set a new level in the field and if the companies current venues are anything to go by this will be one of the most anticpated openings in 2024.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within busy premium dining venues and have proven ability to work with large teams providing excellent customer experiences.

About the role:

• Take the helm of this brand new venue set to open in Jan 2024.
• Lead the team from the front, providing on point training and development on an ongoing basis.
• Manage a busy operation with exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.

About you:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, cost control, and revenue optimisation. Be able to make data-driven decisions to improve the restaurant's performance.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
• At least 5 years experience in premium dining venues in a similar position.
• The perfect candidate should have experience in leading and motivating teams, as well as the ability to train and develop staff to meet high standards.
