As we embark on an exciting growth phase, we are on the lookout for Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Venue Managers in the Melbourne area.
You will be an integral part of the Greenstreat team and experience, doing whatever it takes to keep the store running smoothly in this exciting and ever-changing environment. Daily Reponsibilities & Tasks:
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of fantastic individuals to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Encourage a positive work environment while promoting our company's core values.
- Effective rostering and forecasting.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring they meet our standards of taste and quality.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and understanding.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing feedback and ensuring our guests have a memorable and satisfying experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and optimize stock to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Uphold strict adherence to health and safety guidelines to guarantee a safe and healthy environment for both staff members and customers.
- Drive profitability and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Communicate effectively with the Melbourne area manager and Greenstreat leadership team.
About you:
- 2-5 years of hospitality experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the fast food industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.
- Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment
