LMS is a tribute to Queensland’s sun-kissed days, golden beaches, and untamed wilderness. She represents the unspoken tales of exploration, the hidden mysteries waiting to be discovered here, and the vibrant cultural tapestry that defines our sun burnt land.
Set to open in just under 5 weeks, LMS is on the hunt for a stand outVENUE MANAGER who can deliver the Queensland hospitality experience to each every guest, every time! With a Queensland inspired, modern Mediterranean menu & our very own in house brewery in the background, the Venue Manager will be responsible to overseeing and coordinating every aspect of the day to day venue operations.
With a fun fit out nearly completed and a kick-arse crew at the helm, LMS will be the CBD’s first & only nano brewery, boasting a lineup of 20 beers on tap & a bit of a bougie bistro menu to boot.
So, what do we think it takes to be a Venue Manager @ LMS:
- Be an experienced Venue or Restaurant Manager with more than 3 years experience in heading up a venue from its inception!
- Holds a CERTIFICATE 4 in Hospitality
- Has the ability to plan menus, source ingredients and deliver within a dedicated food budget
- Ability to Controls the food & beverage quality, portion size and presentation
- Ability to communicate with all members of the team, owners and suppliers
- Be flexible and accommodating as we work together to grow the business
- Upholds the hygiene regulations
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- A ready to work attitude
- Demonstrated experience in managing the pass during peak periods
- Pride in their personal presentation & their venue and team presentation
- A passion for learning and growing your skill set
- A desire to join a team where you're part of a bigger team in a bigger company with more than 20 years of running hospitality businesses.
- Already be approved to work 40+hrs per week in Australia, with existing qualifications and visa approved.
