• Restaurant Elements Bar and Grill in Haberfield features a 70-seat table service and a bar.
• Restaurant Elements Bar and Grill in Woolloomooloo our Wharf side restaurant features a 150-seat with bar and four unique private spaces.
• Restaurant Elements Bar and Grill in Darlinghurst, features a 90-seat table service and a bar.
• Opening in August 2023, we are proud to introduce the newest addition Elements Seafood Grillhouse the highly anticipated venue that promises to redefine the dining and hospitality experience in Sydney. 
• A coffee experience on the heart of Belmore that has great coffee, delicious breakfast & lunches and offers catering. 

Job Type: Full time

Location: Haberfield

Schedule: Flexible hours

Licence/Certification: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Work Authorisation: Australian working rights (Required)

Assistant Restaurant Manager Key Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management with quality dining room & bar service. 
• Ability to create and foster great customer relationships. 
• Wine and beverage knowledge and service.
• Staff training and hands-on team supervision. 
• An understanding of OH&S requirements and compliance. 
• Ability to be proactive and self-sufficient. 
• Reporting and working closely with the Area and upper manager
