Assetpro is Queensland's premier provider of security to stadium and arena engagements and is seeking skilled Venue Security Operators in the Southeast Queensland/Brisbane regions to join our dynamic and ever-growing team. As a Venue Security Operator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations, maintaining site integrity and ensuring the smooth operation of our venues.
Full Time or Casual Employment Available
4 days on, 4 days off - rotating through the below sequence of timeframes.
0600-1400 - 4 shifts: 1400-2200 – 4 shifts: 2200-0600 – 4 shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and surveillance of the venue using CCTV.
- Promptly respond to alarms and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate written logs and records of operations.
- Coordinate with venue and event personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in the following
- Preference in 2 years of experience in a similar role/control room environment.
- Proficiency in using BMS and CCTV systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, decision-making skills and customer service.
- Experience working in professional environments.
- Experience in physical security.
- The right to work in Australia with no VISA restrictions for working hours
- The ability to work: days, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Applicant MUST HOLD Current Australian driver’s license.
- Applicant MUST HOLD Current Queensland Security Providers License - Security Officer function and the following categories of monitoring and unarmed.
- The Crowd Control Function will be looked upon favorably.
