The Venue Supervisor is responsible for our Bar and Gaming service operation. They ensure an exceptional customer experience for our guests by training, motivating and leading their team to deliver a consistent, seamless, professional and enjoyable service.
The Venue Supervisor co-ordinates our bar and gaming service as well as having operational control of the venue. They work closely with the Bistro Supervisor & Head Chef to create a “OneTeam” dynamic between all operational teams within the venue.
They manage cash reconciliation, gaming and RSA compliance. They manage beverage inventory and stock control and are responsible for rostering & labour control of their team.
The Venue Supervisor is innovative and actively looks to streamline business and operational processes to establish best practice techniques. They are up to date with market trends and are adaptable to a changing market. The Venue Supervisor drives bar sales and stives to consistently increase revenue.

- Maintain bar cleaning and maintenance program.
- Collaborates with all business units to ensure One Team philosophy.
- Actively participates in weekly operational meetings.
- Profit and Loss analysis and reporting.
- Drives sales and increases revenue.
The successful candidate will have 3 years experience as a Duty Manager within a gaming venue or 5 years management experience working within a global QSR brand.
