Form of workAbout the Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Verifications Officer to join our team on a casual basis. What will be expected of me? The Verifications Officer will attend to the checking of loan documents to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements while delivering a positive experience to our customers within agreed SLA timeframes. Key responsibilities:
- Verify an allocation of new files daily and accurately identify and advise any outstanding requirements
- Ensure all lender requirements and special conditions have been satisfied
- Work with clients to manage expectations
- Regularly follow up any outstanding requirements in line with SLA’s
- Correctly calculate and input of all fees and charges including Government stamp duty and registration costs, lender fees and legal/disbursement fees
- Deliver fantastic customer service at all times
