In everything we do, we take an approach to protect, grow and innovate WA’s economy, community and environment.About the opportunityAs a Vessel Monitoring Coordinator, you will lead our Vessel Monitoring team tasked with the effective compliance monitoring of 26 individual fisheries comprising around 140 vessels – and growing. Using your leadership experience, you will balance strategic and tactical focus to ensure effective compliance through planning, monitoring, analysis, and response. You will collaborate across the State with our frontline Fisheries and Marine Officers and work in partnership with national agencies to achieve successful outcomes. Working in a dynamic environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you have the opportunity to drive innovation and influence policy.
