A quick bio on who you’ll be joining in your leadership team –
Ebony is our Practice Manager. She loves behaviour, especially canine, and this ensures we offer a fear free approach with all our patients. She’s a pathology guru and loves mentoring our team in this space. Ebony is a kind-hearted and collaborative leader for our team.
Issy is not just a great nurse, she’s also a cat whisperer! Her gentle nature can turn even the most fractious of felines into a cuddle bug. She is committed to ongoing learning and does everything with enthusiasm and positivity.
Lauren rounds out our experienced nursing team and is loved by our clients. She is a phenomenal coach and mentor to junior nurses and makes our 'lunch and learns' engaging for our team.
Our clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. We benefit from the support of part-time veterinarians and nurses, along with our Wyoming clinic team, only 7 minutes drive away, and our specialty and emergency team at the Animal Referral Hospital located just across the road, so our patients receive fantastic specialist and after-hours care, and our clinic doesn't need to be open on weekends or public holidays.
Our team’s wellness is a top priority, so we run an effective schedule to ensure everyone has a proper lunch break, provide exemplary continuing education programs, 5 weeks annual & study leave (pro rata for part-time) and mental health first aid courses.

Qualifications
To seize this opportunity, you must hold a degree in veterinary medicine, recognisable with the Australasian Veterinary Board Council and have at least 3 years experience in a small animal clinic. Prior experience in team leadership would be a bonus but our robust mentoring model can help your development in leadership and management if this hasn't been a part of your career to date.
