Offer and profile description-- Overview --
- Drive the development of our ecommerce store, ensuring its usability, functionality, scalability and security.
- Be responsible for analysing customer journey and business workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing technical solutions.
- Leverage a variety of digital platforms and tools to support the entire customer lifecycle, from initial web query to advocacy.
- Help methodically guide the marketing effort by setting and reporting on key success metrics, from traffic acquisition to customer experience through to system performance.
- Support the development and planning of effective marketing plans
- Report directly to the CEO and his Senior Digital Consulting Board
-- Responsibilities --
- Collaborate: Work closely with CEO, operation and marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges across first and third party apps and channels.
- Bring clarity: Analyse through visual mapping (business workflows, user journeys, system architecture) and identify risk and opportunities for automation, simplification and performance improvement.
- Develop internal IP: Create and maintain technical documentation and system configuration for future reference.
- Manage vendors: Collaborate with agencies to configure and implement solutions using ecommerce and marketing automation Apps.
- Monitor: Supports third-party marketing, ecommerce, customer help, logistics and warehousing integrations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead experimentation: Develop concept and prototypes, test and validate ideas and solutions to ensure they meet both user and business needs.
- Set quality standards: Implement strong analytics culture and governance from data capture to insight (tracking, integration, dashboard).
- Develop market and domain IP: Analyses online skincare industry trends, understand benchmarks in ecommerce, identify new problems to solve, new performance standards and efficiency gaps.
- Drive OS expansion: Be at the source of FrenchBeauty Co expansion to NZ and the USA
-- Qualifications --
Must have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA or Tech BA in an eCommerce sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (MS Excel proficiency) and tenacity in tracking down information.
- Strong understanding of MarTech platforms, technologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with Shopify.
- Be self-driven and work autonomously
Preferable:
- Being a beauty/skincare addict will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn. eg. from user behaviour in the sales funnel, the financial impact and customer feedback. Work to outcomes is key to succeed at FBC!
- Strong understanding of best practices in SEO, CRO and mobile accessibility.
- Have proven analytics experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Clarity or similar.
- Have proven experience building dashboards through cloud analytics such as PowerBI, Looker or Tableau.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or IT.
