An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Support Technician to play a key role within our IT team, providing front line support for local users as well as remote support for the national Active team. Based out of our Edwardstown IT office 5 days per week, this role will be an essential role for our local operational and support teams.
Provide 1st and 2nd level support to national field and office users across Australia.
Develop good support relationships with field staff and management, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
Take ownership and manage support requests to final resolution, meeting SLA’s
Respond and resolve to Service Desk phone calls and online requests!
Evaluate and respond to IT Equipment and Mobile Phone Requests
Organise the repair of devices.
Maintain the health and reliability of staff computers, tablets and devices including maintaining the supply of spare devices.
Ownership of some systems. This is expected to build up over time and should consume approx 20% of your time.
Working knowledge of Powershell is beneficial but not necessarily required.
