We are seeking an energetic, experienced refrigeration mechanic or electrician possessing a "can do" attitude to join our successful National Rental Company based in Kensington, Victoria.
An opportunity exists to join our team in the role of Victorian Branch Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Victorian branch operations.
Your tasks would include, but are not limited to:
- mentoring and nurturing staff
- ensuring equipment is ready to hire, including correct compliance and pre-hire checks
- installation, commissioning and maintenance of portable hire equipment including package units, chillers and cooling towers
- project management of jobs including attendance at site meetings and inspections, liaising with clients, customers, sub contractors and suppliers

Key Requirements:
- 3 years trade experience
- Clean car licence (Driving history must be provided)
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- White Card
- Have the ability to work both independently and lead a team
- Mechanically minded with good problem solving skills
- Must be fit and healthy
- Available to work over-time when required and be on an on-call Roster system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to take on new challenges as they arise
- Ability to obtain Working with Children Check and National Police Check
