- Perform daily supervision on all mine site work areas
- Adhere to all relevant acts and regulations
- Conduct daily work planning and toolbox meetings
- People management and positive, pro-active leadership
- Hands-on role where you will be directly involved in operational issues
- Ensure all key targets are achieved in a safe and cost-effective timely manner
- Current WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate
- 10 years Underground experience
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
- All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates, and licences (RPL's)
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
