- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas would be advantageous.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry or a related sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals
- Sound knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements related to safety, environmental compliance, and operational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capability.
- Flexibility to travel as required within the Victorian region and occasionally nationally.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
