Inverse Imaging is looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can turn creative ideas into beautiful videos. Your skill will make each frame tell a story and bring Motion Graphics to life. This is not just a job—it's a journey filled with chances to show off your video editing and Motion Graphics skills.

We are a video production and live broadcast company working in corporate and event spaces. We produce high-quality content and have a studio space in Moorooka, Brisbane. Founded 8 years ago, we have continued to grow and expand our offerings, with a speciality in post-production and cloud workflows.

The Details:

Contract Period: 6 Months Contract, with plans for on going role there after.

Compensation: Targeted at an highly competitive package, commensurate with your remarkable experience

Location: Moorooka based studio with options for some hybrid working

The work:

- Editing with Davinci Resolve , be able to review footage, process selects, develop narrative and structure, choose music tracks, mix audio, colour grade  - projects include - Corporate video, virtual events, hype reels, product video, music clips and social media content.

- Motion Graphics - After Effects - Animation, from concept, design through delivery, this is at least 50% of the job, and you must know your Bezier from your Linear keyframes along with a basic understanding of expressions and plugins.

- Basic Graphics - Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Sometimes you have to open these and experience an advantage, but it is not essential.

- Data Management - File structure, naming conventions and backup procedure are all important daily tasks for this role.

- Collaborate with a team, your be part of small tight knit team and have to keep updated to with progress and task with the post production supervisor, while assisting the rest of team with Post Production related tasks.

The additional:

- Knowledge of 3d Objects and software an advantage

- Understanding of networking and cloud workflow concepts

- Understanding and experience of the set production process.

- Ability to be flexible and use Premiere Pro and the entire Adobe suite when required.
