Join a supportive and collaborative program and Events team with a Federal Government Department located in Canberra. Work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to support the branch's Administration and coordination for leadership conferences, staff forums, diversity events and days of significance.

Your ability to work at a high workload and at a fast pace, whilst maintaining professional calm, will enable you to assist with the internal programs taking place in this Federal Government Department. Your high level of administrative skills and genuinely personable demeanour will see you thrive in this environment.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have skills in the following areas:

• Demonstrated administration proficiency, organisation, high attention to detail and event coordination
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Highly desired - experience in events or executive assistance
  
• Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain
  

What you'll get in return

This is a 9-month non-ongoing position and will be remunerated within the APS4 salary of +15.4% superannuation.
