We are seeking individuals that specialise in videography and marketing who are looking to break into the Real Estate and Property Development industry.
We’re looking for talented Video Producer who want to have the ability to create work for a variety of clients and projects Australia wide.
The successful applicant will work alongside our creative director and pitch, design and create work for up-and-coming start-ups, real estate developers, construction companies, as well as prominent brands.
We will be hiring individuals that are experienced, for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based on the Gold Coast.
- Work closely with the creative director.
- Produce and develop short form film and content.
- Create storyboard and narratives for various marketing material
- Coordinate and prepare video shoot scenes, scout, select and reserve shoot locations at the venues with costings and ensure that it is within budget
- Contribute to social media and web presence
- Liaise and manage relationships with videographers, photographers and other stakeholders on large projects
-Lead the charge and production on all content from the creation, production and execution
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications / work experience:
-Bachelor Degree and at least 2 years of full-time experience in a similar role; or
-At least 5 years of work experience in similar role in lieu of academic qualification- Applicants need to attach or share links to their portfolio or social media profiles.
Skills: - Excellent written and spoken communication skills- Confident and sociable individual who is a team player- Demonstrate a high level of competence in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere and After Effects- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
-Must hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence and have a reliable vehicle
