Join Our Team: Videographer & Graphic Designer at a Leading Property Development in Diggers Rest
We are on the lookout for a talented Videographer with a flair for graphic design to join our property development team in Diggers Rest. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity and diversity in their work.
Position Overview:
In this dynamic role, you'll have the chance to capture the evolution of our estate, from the initial breaking of ground to the final touches that make a house a home. Beyond filming and photography, your versatility will be tapped through a variety of creative projects, including but not limited to, designing signs and crafting engaging pamphlets. Your Role:
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager to develop and execute captivating content strategies.
- Organize and conduct photo and video shoots at various construction stages of our new homes.
- Edit footage for use across multiple marketing platforms, including social media and our website, with a particular focus on engaging our key demographics: first-time buyers, upgraders, investors, and those looking to downsize.
- Create compelling content for our social media channels, both video and still images.
- Work alongside external partners to enhance our brand's reach and impact.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during site visits.
- Utilize provided templates to design informative brochures and marketing materials.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in videography, including filming, editing, and a basic understanding of sound and special effects. Tracking is very important in this role so please bring your A-game
- Competent graphic design skills, with an eye for layout, color, and composition.
- Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities, adept at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT for generating content ideas and prompts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Drone piloting skills are a bonus (training can be offered if needed).
- Self-starter who can take direction and then independently develop and execute concepts.
- Previous experience in the property development or real estate sector is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Animation experience is a bonus

SOFTWARE
- Proficiency with video editing software is preffered:

HOURS
This is a full-time/part-time contract role (4 days per week). The successful applicant will be considered for a full-time role after the probationary period of 6 months has passed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Being a contractor role, you will be required to have your own laptop with relevant software. We have a camera, drone and other equipment to assist in the role.
- If you are not an Australian citizen you must supply the necessary working visa documents.
