Job Description:
Aligned Community Care is seeking a talented and passionate Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating captivating visual content for various platforms, including social media, the company website, and other promotional materials. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in producing documentary-style films that showcase the real stories of our participants and support workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from pre-production to post-production stages independently.
- Capture high-quality footage using a variety of camera equipment, preferably owning their own gear.
- Edit and enhance video content using editing software, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
- Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute projects effectively.
- Utilize animation and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and engage the audience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in operating various camera equipment and editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Good knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Experience working on documentary-style projects is preferred.
