The Role
We're looking for a Store Manager who has managerial experience within either grocery and/or supermarket sector or the fast food industry to join the team on a full time, 12-month maximum term contract, with potential opportunities beyond that. The Store Manager will oversee approximately 30 team members and take ownership over all aspects of store operations, with the support of Marketing, IT, Human Resources and Finance teams.

Job Requirements
- Management experience within the grocery and/or supermarket sector and/or fast food industry
- Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office and database applications.
- Training and experience in customer service delivery
- A high level of problem-solving skills, including confidence in reacting to unexpected operational issues through to resolution.
- Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues, customers and key stakeholders.
