Kingsley Lakeside Village
Kingsley Lakeside Village is an established over 60’s Retirement Village in Kingsley. We are seeking to employ a dedicated and driven Village Operations Manager to maintain the day to day running of the Village.
About the Role
The role is a mid-level management position that leads and manages the day to day operations of the Village. The role does not include the sale of villas within the Village, however, you will be interacting with the residents on a daily basis
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a unique combination of skills and experience, and be a dedicated and reliable person.
To be considered for this role, you will need to display the following: :
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts whilst building relationships
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously
- An ability to balance different priorities and manage day-to-day expectations for the residents
- Intermediate computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Finance systems experience is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrate ability to work within WHS regulations and standards
- Current Police Check clearance
