The Roles!
We are looking for experienced leaders to join our team. As a Supervisor you are the face of our everyday operations and oversee a team of Chefs, Utilities and admin staff.
We are looking for leaders in the below roles;
- Dining room Supervisors
- Cleaning Supervisors
- Bus driver Supervisors
- Retail & Tavern Supervisors
The duties of a Supervisor;
- Supporting staff and offering a welcoming and comfortable work environment
- Ensuring Safety policies and procedures are met and liaising with the correct departments when required
- Employee management and performance reviews
- Assisting with rostering and scheduling
- Field Management
- Providing daily tasks to your teams and allocation of work evenly
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and relay this to your team
- Oversee safety meetings and pre-starts
- Oversee everyday operations of the department
What you’ll bring to the team
- Previous experience leading a team in a mining village is essential
- Strong time management skills to ensure project schedules are met
- Strong knowledge of Safety in a remote environment
