POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We are on the hunt for a well presented, charismatic and confident Casual Food and Beverage attendants who have an intimate understanding of how to deliver impeccable and attentive table service. The positions available are for 12-15 hours per week, predominantly on Friday and Saturday nights.
Each night, the successful applicants will be working in one of Ocean 12’s five prestigious VIP rooms. The successful applicants will occasionally be responsible for catering for high profile guests. Duties will include: making drinks; cleaning after; hosting; taking and placing orders for Ocean 12’s VIP guests. The applicant would ideally be well versed in Food, Cocktails, Whiskey, Wine and Mocktails, however training will be provided. To be successful in this application you will:

• Have a service focused attitude, with a talent for delivering impeccable table service
• Have a confident and charismatic approach to service, as this role will necessitate some hosting
• Experience in RSA and liquor compliance in Victoria
• Be supremely organised
• Be prepared to work Friday and Saturdays
• Impeccably presented with excellent personal hygiene
• Hold a current and updated (refreshed) RSA
