About the Virtual CFO Role:
As a leader within the firm's Virtual CFO team, you'll lead a small group of Senior Bookkeepers, offering exceptional solutions to clients spanning diverse industries. Your commitment to delivering exceptional client service experiences will be evident as you assist clients with their accounting, reporting, and compliance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and oversee multiple personnel.
- Act as a point of contact for the client.
- Lead a team of Senior Bookkeepers to maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, manage cash flow, and liaise with the ATO.
- Liaise with Corporate Assurance and Business Advisory teams.
- Assist with client onboarding.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum two years' experience in financial services.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a client service environment with a sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
