An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-respected professional services provider, on a 6-month fixed-term contract, situated in North Sydney. An exciting prospect awaits a Recruitment Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on recruitment projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to develop and deliver recruitment and selection training to enhance the capabilities of the hiring managers.
- Develop a recruitment policy with the HR Manager
- Ensure all job descriptions follow a consistent template and develop interview guides.
- Carry out BAU Recruitment - sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, reference checks, forecasting, workforce planning and developing recruitment initiatives
- Working to expand and collaborate with recruitment agencies, includes reviewing and negotiating terms, participating in meetings with new agencies for partnerships and briefing agencies on the roles.
- Experience of implementing a system, preferably ELMO
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition (professional service background preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
