Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 Digital Modeling: Create 3D models of construction projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

·         Building Information Modeling (BIM): Ability to use Sketchup Plusspec software to develop intelligent 3D models containing crucial project information, including materials, costs, and schedules.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of digital models into the construction process.

·         Virtual Simulation: Employ digital models to simulate construction processes, identify potential issues, and resolve conflicts before physical construction commences.

·         Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR): Implement VR and AR technologies to create immersive experiences for clients and stakeholders, aiding in project visualization and decision-making.

·         Efficiency Enhancement: Contribute to improving the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of construction projects by harnessing the capabilities of digital technologies. 

Essential Competencies/Skills/Qualifications 

 Digital Proficiency: Proficient in the use of CAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion and other relevant digital construction tools and software.

Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues through digital modeling and simulation.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving digital technologies and industry trends.
