We are a fast-paced and high-energy team that is dedicated to achieving excellence in recruitment and talent acquisition. We are seekiing a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our busy and dynamic white collar team. This role is perfect for someone who has experience, ideally 5 years+ and enjoys assisting inthe development of a talented team.

The Role

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to mobilisation in a busy internal white collar team.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the development and training of the recruitment team, sharing your expertise and expeirence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of recruitment innovation.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and ever changing environment managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
About You
  • Proven experience in end-to-end mobilisations and recruitment.
  • Understanding and preferably experience with client mobilisation systems and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
