About the role
The NSW Statewide Eyesight Preschooler Screening (StEPS) Program is an initiative of the NSW Health and offers all 4-year-old children a free vision screening assessment.
The NSW Statewide Infant Screening Hearing (SWIS-H) Program aims to identify babies born with a significant hearing loss and introduce them to appropriate services as soon as possible.
The aim of this combined screening position is to attend both preschool vision (StEPS) and newborn hearing (SWISH) assessments. This role is part of a larger team working in both hospital and community settings.
