About the role:
Partnering with the Visual Merchandise Manager, you will focus on the visual interpretation strategy from seasonal floor plans to daily visual displays and execute the strategy to ensure the Townsville store is creating the message that covers the breadths of themes and looks to inspire our customers. You will bring your Visual Merchandise principles, your sense of personal style and creative flair, and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace to work with your dedicated team to unload shipments, maintaining and stocking the floor displays and shelves to captivate and promote incredible in-store experiences to our valued customers.
To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work Monday - Friday across our key store trading hours and occasional peak times.
Your Background:
- Visual merchandising experience, ideally in a retail environment
- Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding in trend and style and a real passion for visual merchandising!
- A positive attitude and natural creativity
