Chanel has an exciting opportunity for a creative and hardworking Visual Merchandiser to join our Chadstone Fashion Team.

As a key member of the Visual Merchandising department, you will be based in the Chadstone Fashion Boutique and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the highest image standards set by the global and regional offices.

This will include:

• Driving visual merchandising and housekeeping to the highest standard in boutiques

• Partnering with the Boutique Manager to drive VM strategies across the business

• Implementing and overseeing seasonal fashion window installations, in-store displays and mannequin styling, to best present new collections, while also considering current stock on hand.

• Assist in driving our RTW business and implement One Boutique, One Story fashion strategies

• Providing visual merchandising training to boutique team

• Assisting in forecasting the visual merchandising inventory and managing stock levels of point of sale materials in store and at the warehouse

In order to be successful, we simply require you to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Demonstrated experience within a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail market

• Dedication to delivering exceptional aesthetic results with an awareness and interest of consumer trends

• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including knowledge of Mac and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail and the proficiency to follow strict VM guidelines and styling rules

• Good organizational skills with the capability to balance competing priorities

• Strong communication skills to work within a motivated and driven team

• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Chanel guidelines

• Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with business needs, including before and after trading hours.
