The Visual Merchandiser will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans and strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase products and promotions in an attractive and engaging manner
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that merchandising efforts are aligned with promotional campaigns and sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in visual merchandising strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that displays are properly stocked and maintained
- Train and coach sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into merchandising strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong creative and design skills, with the ability to develop visually appealing displays that align with brand and marketing objectives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
