Form of workReporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, Parfums Christian Dior Travel Retail is seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to assist the Visual Merchandising Manager in all aspects of merchandising to ensure all Dior standards are met on time and on budget for Travel Retail Oceania counters. This is a part-time role working 3 days a week at our Sydney Head Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing all orders, including raising and managing purchase orders and tracking budget lines
- Collating and communicating Visual Merchandising guidelines to the Retail Manager and Counter teams
- Processing central POSM ordering and tracking
- Coordinating communications from Regional Merchandising team, including databases and downloading and saving visual links
- Collating and saving store visit photos and assisting with putting together presentations of feedback required for counters
- Following and implementing Visual Calendar & Instore Communication Plan guidelines; this includes ordering visuals & ordering locally produced POSM (liaising with contractors) creating planograms (sharing with Beauty Consultants)
- Assisting with counter install & counter changeover
- Other ad hoc administration duties as required
Our ideal candidate is/has:
- Demonstrated experience with administrative work in an office environment
- Previous experience or an interest in Visual Merchandising
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Positive attitude and high level of resilience
- Highly organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective, precise, and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented while completing routine tasks
- Ability to work autonomously
