Position Overview:
APSI is seeking a dynamic and passionate Vocational Placement Coordinator to assist students with finding suitable practical placement opportunities and developing rapport with local and potential employers and industry bodies. The position requires the candidate to work closely with high schools vocational advisors to provide career guidance to domestic and international students.
Job Role:
- Liaise with industry partners to secure suitable work placements for students.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to students during their placements.
- Collaborate with trainers and assessors to ensure alignment with course outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of students in their placements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational adminstrative skills and time-management abilities.
- Experience in vocational education and training (VET) or a related field.
