Holyoake is a leading provider of counselling and support services for people impacted directly and indirectly by alcohol, other drugs, and related mental health issues. We operate through five locations in Victoria Park, Midland, Northam and Narrogin, and employ over 100 staff.
We are inviting applications from suitably skilled Clinical Placement and Training Coordinators to work on a part-time basis from our Victoria Park office with intermittent travel to other locations. This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate Holyoake's organisational wide student placement program, working collaboratively with Holyoake Clinical Management team, University and industry workforce development officers and potential students.
- Provide information, orientation, training and supervision to students on Placement and write reports at the conclusion of their placement.
- Develop and facilitate an internal training calendar for Holyoake clinical staff - including the delivery of clinical competency-based training.
- Coordinate and deliver training as required, relevant to organisational needs.
- Manage projects associated with training and learning improvements.
Skills required:
- Minimum of 5 years practice experience.
- Demonstrated experience in training development and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of clinical interventions within a AOD or Mental Health framework.
- High level presentation and Training skills.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop people.
- Ability to successfully build relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Criteria for successful applicants:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in counselling, psychology, or social sciences.
- National Police Clearance, no more than three months old.
- Current WA Driver’s Licence.
