Job Description
Due to business growth, we are looking for a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant with tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or other relevant Allied Health Disciplines (must also hold appropriate Registration), to join our successful Vocational Rehabilitation team in Melbourne.
You will provide vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services predominantly within the WorkCover, TAC, ComCare and Life Insurance schemes.

You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder expectations and to build strong relationships with key customers.

Qualifications
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency);or Full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors);
- Allied Health Qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Occupational Therapy;
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly regarded);
- The ability to proactively manage a case load and achieve outstanding results for the customer and client;
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work
- The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers
- Current driver's license and motor vehicle
