Key Responsibilities:- Volume Recruitment Management: Lead end-to-end support for bulk or Volume Recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with government clients to understand their staffing needs, offering expert advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Candidate Sourcing Teams: Work with candidate sourcing teams to attract top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline that meets the specific requirements of each campaign.
- Selection Process: Design and implement efficient screening and selection processes, ensuring the best fit between candidates and client needs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment progress, campaign effectiveness, and other key metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in recruitment or, with a strong emphasis on managing high-Volume Recruitment projects.
