About the role
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Volunteer Coordinator to play a crucial role in mobilising and supporting our volunteer workforce. Responsibilities of the role will include recruitment, training and management of volunteers to support various public health programs, fostering a positive and inclusive volunteer environment, which recognises and appreciates diverse contributions. The role will also include collaborating with program managers to assess volunteer needs and allocate resources accordingly, maintaining accurate volunteer records as well as developing and implementing volunteer training programs in partnership with relevant health professionals. This position is classified as a HS4 under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025. Salaray ranges from $40.50 per hour, + superannuation + generous salary packaging options.
